We like to move.

The Sledgehammer Summer Series is a fitness extravaganza designed for everyone. We hope to encourage movement and energy by creating fun workouts throughout the summer. We aim for safe, age appropriate fitness, new friendships, and lots of laughter. We welcome everyone to our team.

How it works

During July and August, we post a new workout each week. You do the workout and send us the score. We all get fit. We all celebrate!

Safety trumps everything. Don't overdo it. Don't get hurt. Check with your doctor before doing any workouts. Choose the workout that is appropriate for your fitness level, personal restrictions, and injuries. Both the Premier League and the Championships League workouts will be challenging. And always feel free to modify a workout to make it safer.

Scoring

A little competition spurs everyone on. While we are not fanatical, we do keep score.

We drop your worst 2 scores from the leaderboard totals, so it’s fine to miss a couple of weeks during the summer.

Please send us your scores and we will tabulate them. We cheer for both the leaders and everyone who tries to do a little better each week.
